Leadership Team

Adrian holds a degree in Chemistry and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 28 years. Before joining Nordic Pharma he held various positions in Research & Development, Sales and Commercial Leadership across the UK, BeNeLux and Nordic markets. As Commercial Director Adrian leads the Commercial function of the Nordic Pharma UK business responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities across our various therapeutic areas.

After completing a BSc in Economics at University College London, Shahini trained to be a Chartered Accountant at Moore Kingston Smith spending the early part of her career in audit, tax, and accounting for small and medium sized companies. She then moved to setting up Finance Functions for scalability working at Winnow as a Group Controller across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. In addition to All Things Finance, Shahini enjoys long slow walks with her latest achievement being Mount Kilimanjaro.

With over 7 years’ experience in the pharma industry and working across various departments, Mat leads the company Operations and Supply Chain Team in the UK. He also manages the international export and oversees the company’s ongoing expansion to other markets.
In his previous role, Mat managed several serviced business centres in the Reading area for the world’s leading provider of workspaces and was the IT Champion for the Thames Valley region.
