Nordic Team Volunteering Day
The Nordic Pharma team are proud to support our local community and this year we were delighted to volunteer at The Downs School in Compton as they began the busy operation of preparing for the new academic year.
The site was a hive of activity as an extensive refurbishment had left plenty of tasks for us help with before the pupils returned the following week.
Some of the team were shifting heavy furniture and equipment between newly finished classrooms, whereas others turned their attention to the relaxation garden. After a few hours of hard work the garden was lookiong much more inviting and we hope the pupils are able to make full use of this great space once again.
We were pleased to play just a small part in the enormous effort that goes into preparing for the new school year and we gained a new appreciation for the level of planning and detail involved.
